When a top-quality meat meets the right talent, the result is something to admire… and savour! The Blonde d’Aquitaine is at the heart of a new series of video recipes inspired by Italian and French traditions, prepared with just a few ingredients and easy for anyone to make.

Chef Adrien Pedrazzi — a familiar face on French television — is behind the recipes. At his restaurant Pronto al Gusto in Agen, he serves generous, authentic Italo-Gascon cuisine prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. In this video series, the chef creates four iconic dishes designed to showcase the exceptional qualities of Blonde d’Aquitaine beef — one of the great treasures of Southwest France, a product he knows inside out.

The videos fall within the Blonde d’Aquitaine: European Beef Excellence project, co-financed by the European Union and aimed at promoting the Blonde d’Aquitaine breed among European consumers.
