Thanks to their article published on Eurocarni, the monthly magazine on the meat sector’s economy, policy, and technics most widely read on the European market, France Blonde d’Aquitaine Sélection and Asprocarne have gained further visibility. The long and detailed article has informed readers on the Blonde d’Aquitaine cattle breed, its origins, its genetic characteristics, and its meat properties, all while paying particular attention to the close bond between France and Italy, the two countries where this cattle breed is mainly farmed. This is all in the frame of “Blonde d’Aquitaine. European Beef Excellence”, a project co-financed by the European Commission whose aim is to promote and raise the image of this breed. It is managed by Asprocarne Piemonte and its partner France Blonde d’Aquitaine Sélection and it will last three years, starting from January 2020.
