Last 29th and 30th March, the Blonde d’Aquitaine took part in Cibus Parma, a reference trade fair for the Made-in-Italy agri-food sector.

It was the protagonist of the workshop attended by the Micheliln-starred chef Davide Oldani, Consorzio Sigillo Italiano’s Director Giuliano Marchesin and Asprocarne Piemonte’s President Franco Martini.

At the event, part of the European project “Blonde d’Aquitaine: European Beef Excellence” which promotes and raises awareness of this beef cattle breed born in France and bred in Italy, the world of the Blonde d’Aquitaine was presented through the testimonies of Simone Mellano, Director of Asprocarne Piemonte, and Lionel Giraudeau, Director of OS Blonde d’Aquitaine.

The focus was on durabilité, on sustainability – a topic that has always been important, and today more important than ever.
