Great enthusiasm and participation at the Blonde d’Aquitaine stand during the renowned TUTTOFOOD 2025 trade fair, held from May 5th to 8th at Fiera Milano, Italy. An unmissable opportunity to present to the public and industry professionals the European project “Blonde d’Aquitaine: European Beef Excellence”, dedicated to promoting the high-quality beef from this unique cattle breed.
Over the four days of the fair, the stand became a space for networking and learning, thanks to a rich programme of events including tastings, cooking shows, workshops, and technical and nutritional insights.

⮕ FIRST DAY - 5th May 2025
Opening day with the official presentation of the project by Simone Mellano and Franco Martini, respectively Director and President of Asprocarne Piemonte. This was followed by a workshop on Blonde d’Aquitaine beef led by expert butcher Monica Boero and journalist and supply chain expert Elisa Guizzo, who conducted a sensory analysis of the meat, concluding with a special live cooking show.
⮕ SECOND DAY - 6th May 2025
A deep dive into the nutritional benefits of high-quality beef with journalist Susanna Bramante, and a technical workshop on deboning with Iuri Martinato, ambassador of De Gustibus Carnis.
⮕ THIRD DAY - 7th May 2025
A prestigious moment featuring representatives from the Italian Chefs Federation (Federazione Italiana Cuochi): Chef Graziano Manzatto and Ladychef Tiziana Garbo, who presented a delicious “Cipriani-style” carpaccio. In the afternoon, butcher Gabriele Ruggeri took centre stage, promoting the SQNZ product certified by the Consorzio Sigillo Italiano.

A grand finale with the last cooking shows and guided tastings, which confirmed the public’s strong interest in the quality and traceability of Blonde d’Aquitaine beef.
The large turnout, active participation in the events, and the interest shown in the European project confirm how central the theme of conscious and sustainable eating is today, with Blonde d’Aquitaine beef standing out as a benchmark for quality, animal welfare, and food safety.
