d\u2019Aquitaine took part in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuttofood.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tuttofood 2023<\/a>, a leading event in Italy in the agri-food sector, to educate and make aware buyers and trade operators about recognizing, researching and choosing beef produced in compliance with high quality standards, such as those guaranteed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politicheagricole.it\/flex\/cm\/pages\/ServeBLOB.php\/L\/IT\/IDPagina\/4878\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sistema di Qualit\u00e0 Nazionale zootecnia<\/a> (National Quality Scheme in Zootechnics).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A unique opportunity to meet other leaders in the sector and further make <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blonde-aquitaine.com\/en\/the-project\/\">European Beef Excellence<\/a> known to the audience, a project which in the past three years has promoted the knowledge and tastiness of a \u201cnaturally tender\u201d beef produced from French cattle raised in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>To make the participation in this year\u2019s edition even more special, a show cooking and tasting held by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"
