Michelin-starred chef Davide Oldani, TV star and <strong>among the greatest representatives of contemporary Italian cuisine<\/strong>, showed how he handles a raw material such as Blonde d\u2019Aquitaine meat, which enters \u201cCucina Pop\u201d (the chef\u2019s cuisine philosophy) and turns out as \u201cFoo\u2019d\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Introduced by<strong> Franco Martini<\/strong>, President of Asprocarne, this online conference hosted the speeches of <strong>Teresa Bellanova<\/strong>, Senator and Italian Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies (Mipaaf),<strong> Oreste Gerini<\/strong>, General Director for the promotion of agri-food quality of Mipaaf, <strong>Giorgio Calabrese<\/strong>, nutritionist, <strong>Giuliano Marchesin<\/strong>, Director of Consorzio Sigillo Italiano, and <strong>Simone Mellano<\/strong>, Director of Asprocarne. <strong>LC International<\/strong>, the company in charge of developing the activities within the \u201cBlonde d&#8217;Aquitaine: European Beef Excellence\u201d project, was also present alongside <strong>PG&amp;W<\/strong>, the agency which has taken care of the communication strategy. Of course, the finale couldn\u2019t be but in the kitchen.
